Well-known teams like LGD, iG, Fighting PandaS, and Chicken Fighters have already secured their spots. Additionally, lesser-known stacks like TKC carry Pliz have qualified through regions that are not typically associated with Dota 2.

The APAC Finals gather teams from various Asian regions that did not qualify through their respective qualifiers. It provides a second chance for teams from some of the most competitive Dota 2 regions in the world.

Most of the teams will be confirmed by January 5th, but the official date for the WESG 2019 Finals and the direct invitees may be announced at a later time, considering the tournament organizers’ need to coordinate with other tournaments on and off the Dota Pro Circuit.
