1437 leaves TNC Pro Team following six-month tenure

TNC Pro Team Removes 1437 After Disappointing Results

TNC Pro Team, once considered the top team in South East Asia, has decided to part ways with Canadian support player Theeban “1437” Siva. The announcement was made by 1437 himself in a Facebook post, where he referenced the controversial “pizza party” incident that led to Chong “Ohaiyo” Xin Khoo’s departure from Fnatic.

Under 1437’s leadership, TNC achieved impressive results in the later part of the 2016-2017 Dota 2 season. They secured second place at StarLadder and third place at Galaxy Battles after his recruitment. However, their performance at The International 7 fell short, finishing in the top 12.

TNC did manage to win the China Top tournament last November, which had a winner-takes-all prize of $150,000.

In his post, 1437 revealed that TNC is planning to form an all-Filipino roster and take a different approach. As of now, there is no information about his replacement or his future plans as a player or coach.
