Zero becomes a free agent following the expiry of his contract with HellRaisers

Patrik “Zero” Žúdel Leaves HellRaisers and Becomes a Free Agent

Patrik “Zero” Žúdel is no longer a part of the HellRaisers organization after being on the inactives list for several months. His contract with HellRaisers came to an end earlier today, marking the end of his nearly two-year tenure with the CIS-region team. Estonian stand-in Krijstan “FejtZ” Allsaar has replaced Zero on the team’s active roster since his benching in October.

FejtZ Joins HellRaisers as Zero Steps Down

FejtZ joined HellRaisers at the same time that Zero decided to step down from the team. Zero felt that his performance and impact on the team had declined significantly, attributing it to a loss in confidence, changes in team roles, and his commitment to school. These factors affected his performance in qualifiers for major international events, such as the PGL Major, the ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier, and EPICENTER. His last major event with HellRaisers was the ELEAGUE Major in January.

Focus on School and Future Plans

Given that this is Zero’s graduation year, it has become evident that he wants to prioritize finishing school in Slovakia. His last tweet was on November 5th, when he briefly returned to HellRaisers for the StarLadder i-League Invitational, where the team placed third. Since Zero’s benching, HellRaisers managed to qualify for the ESL Pro League Season Six Finals, finishing in the top six alongside teams like Astralis, Team Liquid, North, and Ninjas in Pyjamas.

“Patrik is now a free agent and has the freedom to choose his future path in esports,” stated the organization in its announcement. They wished Zero luck and expressed confidence that he would have a successful esports career, one that would be solely dependent on his decisions.
