TyLoo Will Not Attend the Boston Major

TyLoo, the Chinese esports team, will not be participating in the upcoming Boston Major, despite being qualified for the prestigious $1 million Valve event.

According to an HTLV report, TyLoo’s absence will be filled by a team that competed in the Asia Minor in October 2017. Potential teams that may take TyLoo’s spot include Flash Gaming and MVP PK, who placed third and fourth, respectively, in the Minor.

Visa Issues Prevent TyLoo’s Attendance

Last month, TyLoo’s temporary coach, Luis “Peacemaker” Tadeu, hinted that the team might miss the Boston Major. This was confirmed when Hansel “BnTeT” Ferdinand announced that he would not be able to travel to the U.S. due to visa issues. As a result, Peacemaker was meant to be a stand-in for BnTeT. However, negotiations between Peacemaker and the organization did not go well, ultimately leading to TyLoo missing the Major.

Sticker Prices Rise as TyLoo Misses Major

Since TyLoo is not participating in the Boston Major, their stickers have become the most expensive items on the Steam community market.
