TyLoo Players Depart Amid Claims of Unfulfilled Salary Commitments

TyLoo’s Top Counter-Strike Squad Loses Key Players

China’s leading Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team, TyLoo, has suffered a major blow as three players – YuLun “fancy1” Cai, YuanZhang “AttackeR” Sheng, and HaoWen “somebody” Xu – have left the roster.

Additionally, TyLoo has reportedly fired their former coach, Qifang “Karsa” Su.

According to TyLoo, these individuals were removed from the team because they were attempting to form a new roster while still under contract, which TyLoo considers poaching.

As a consequence, TyLoo asked fancy1, AttackeR, and Karsa to leave immediately, and these players have now been barred from participating in major tournaments in China.

However, in a statement to HLTV.org, the players claim that they never officially signed a contract with TyLoo and that the organization failed to fulfill its own obligations.

“The organization promised equal basic salaries for all players but did not live up to this promise. Mo, DD, and fancy1 were later offered higher salaries but were instructed not to inform their teammates. Mo and DD accepted, fancy1 refused.”

In 2016, TyLoo made history as the first Chinese CS:GO team to gain international recognition. They achieved this after a remarkable victory over the MLG Major champions SK Gaming during the DreamHack Masters Malmö group stage. Since then, the Chinese roster has participated in various international LAN events with mixed levels of success.
