Team Liquid Expands Roster with New Counter-Strike Acquisition

Counter-Strike: Team Liquid denies acquisition reports

Counter-Strike team Liquid has denied recent reports suggesting that the organization is on the verge of acquiring the Denial Esports CS:GO roster.

Team Liquid’s General Manager, Steve Perino, came out to clear the air, stating that the rumors circulating about the acquisition were false. In a tweet, Perino wrote, “Just like to clear the air on this and let our fans know nothing is happening.”

The acquisition chatter began after Adam “Hunden” Friberg, Denial’s coach, revealed on his Twitch stream that discussions were taking place between the two organizations. However, Perino has explicitly denied these claims, indicating that there is no truth to the rumors.

While it is true that Team Liquid is currently on the lookout for a new CS:GO coach since the departure of Jason “moses” O’Toole, the organization has made it clear that they have not made any progress in securing a new roster.

Despite being knocked out early in Flashpoint 2 and IEM Global Challenge, Team Liquid continues to be a force to be reckoned with in the CS:GO scene. Their resolve to maintain their stance as one of the top teams remains unwavering.

The Denial Esports CS:GO roster consists of players like Markus “Kjaerbye” Kjærbye, Noah “Nifty” Francis, and a few other notable names. Speculation regarding their potential acquisition continues to circulate, but until an official announcement is made, it is imperative to treat this information as mere conjecture.

For now, Team Liquid fans can rest easy knowing that the organization has not initiated any discussions or reached an agreement to acquire the Denial Esports CS:GO roster.
