Scream Takes Over for Maniac in Titan

French Shuffle: Scream Replaces Maniac in Titan

There has been a major roster change in Titan as Scream replaces Maniac. Titan has been struggling for some time now and their performance in the Group Stage of ESL One Cologne was disappointing. Despite their talented lineup, they finished in the 13th-16th position, which is not up to their standards. At Gaming Paradise, they managed to secure a third-place finish, but this tournament was filled with problems for various teams. In ESL Dubai, Titan placed 6th out of 8th, which was again a disappointing result considering the top teams that attended the LAN. Titan seems to have significant issues when playing on LAN, whether it’s due to bad calling or mental blocks for their players. They have been losing against Tier 2 teams and Dignitas has proven to be a tough opponent for them.

Titan Cuts Maniac and Adds Scream

On September 23rd, it was announced that Titan is cutting Maniac and adding Scream to their roster. Titan released a statement expressing their respect and appreciation for Maniac, who has been with the team for over a year. They believe that it is time to build a lineup that can compete at the highest level, and they are confident that Scream is the right addition to their team. Maniac also released a statement acknowledging the decision and expressing his determination to bounce back and continue his professional gaming career. The new Titan roster will be competing in DreamHack Open Stockholm on September 25th.

Statements from Maniac and Scream

Maniac’s statement explains that when shox and SmithZz joined the team, the balance of roles changed and he couldn’t find his place in the new lineup. He takes full responsibility for not adapting quickly enough and failing to seize the opportunity. However, he is motivated to learn from his mistakes and come back stronger. Scream stated that the atmosphere in Gamers2 was getting worse and a roster change was needed. He accepted the offer from Titan with enthusiasm and is excited to start playing with his new teammates. He thanked Gamers2 and Kinguin for their support and promised to continue pursuing his CS:GO career.

Future Plans for Maniac and Scream

Maniac expressed his intention to find a new team and continue competing at the highest level. If that doesn’t work out, he is open to other roles in the CS:GO community, such as coaching or streaming. He values the support he has received from the community and promises to bounce back. Scream thanked his supporters and mentioned that he believes he belongs in a French team. He is looking forward to playing with his new teammates in Titan.
