Rogue Acquires Hiko and Former Enigma6 Roster

New Home for North American Counter-Strike Talent: Rogue Signs New Roster for ESL Pro League

Rogue, an esports organization, has announced the signing of a new set of players for the sixth season of the ESL Pro League, providing a new home for North American Counter-Strike talent. The team includes Spencer “Hiko” Martin, Daniel “vice” Kim, Collin “wrath” McSweegan, and Josh “shinobi” Abastado, who will serve as the in-game leader. Additionally, they are joined by Garrett “Grt” Bambrough, a former coach of CLG. The roster will also feature Casper “cadiaN” Møller, a Danish AWPer.

After his time with OpTic Gaming earlier this year, Hiko took a break from top-level CS:GO competition. OpTic’s performance with Hiko at IEM Katowice and DreamHack Las Vegas was underwhelming, leading to his release.

On the other hand, shinobi, vice, and wrath qualified for the sixth season of the ESL Pro League through relegation with Enigma6 and their former teammates a2z and Witmer.

“Hiko and Grt are legends in the North American scene and their experience and veteran presence will help develop the incredible talent this team possesses into future stars,” said shinobi. “This is the strongest lineup I have ever been a part of, and I am excited to tackle new challenges and lead them to the top of the CS scene.”

The new Rogue roster will have sufficient time to prepare for the upcoming sixth season of the ESL Pro League, though the schedule is yet to be announced.
