Report: Mousesports considering dennis as replacement for STYKO

Mousesports Reportedly Looking to Add Dennis “dennis” Edman to Roster

Following their top eight finish at the ELEAGUE Boston Major, Mousesports, a prominent European Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team, is looking to make changes to their roster.

According to Flickshot, Mousesports is rumored to be recruiting Dennis “dennis” Edman, a skilled Swedish player known for his time with Fnatic and proficiency with pistols.

Dennis has been with the GODSENT organization for the past five months but decided to sit out the remainder of 2017 due to lackluster results. Now, he may have the opportunity to join Mousesports.

The player Dennis is rumored to replace is Martin “STYKO” Styk. STYKO joined the team on August 8, 2017, and showed strong performances during the ELEAGUE Boston Major. However, Mousesports seems to be interested in adding more experienced talent to their roster.

Tumultuous Year for GODSENT

The potential roster change comes after a difficult 2017 for GODSENT. Despite having some of Sweden’s most skilled players, including current Fnatic players Robin “flusha” Rönnquist and Jesper “JW” Wecksell, GODSENT struggled to make an impact both online and offline.

When approached for comment on the rumor, RFRSH Entertainment, the parent company of GODSENT, confirmed ongoing discussions with multiple parties, but did not disclose any further details.

Conclusion

If the rumors are true, Mousesports’ addition of Dennis “dennis” Edman could bring a new level of skill and experience to the team. Fans will eagerly await an official announcement from the organizations involved.
