Olofmeister set to make a comeback for Fnatic in their debut at ELEAGUE tonight

Fnatic Star Olofmeister Returns from Injury

Fnatic’s star player, Olof “Olofmeister” Kajbjer, is set to return to the team for their upcoming ELEAGUE match. Olofmeister had been dealing with a hand injury since March, which greatly impacted his performance in the recent MLG Columbus Major.

Due to the injury, Fnatic had to withdraw from DreamHack Masters Malmo and brought in Niclas Plessen as a temporary replacement for Olofmeister’s recovery. Plessen competed with the team in ESL Pro League and ECS matches online before being replaced by John “wenton” Eriksson in April. Wenton joined the team for their successful semi-final finish in a $250,000 event in London.

After a hiatus since the Columbus Major, Olofmeister will finally rejoin the lineup for the ELEAGUE match against Team SoloMid tonight. Fnatic will also be facing FaZe Clan tonight and Team Dignitas on Thursday.

With Olofmeister back, Fnatic will be at full strength for the first time in over two months as they prepare for the $3.5 million ECS finals and the $1 million ESL Cologne Major.
