Olofmeister and dennis are rumored to depart from Fnatic

Major Swedish Shuffle: Olofmeister and Dennis Leaving Fnatic?

One of Counter-Strike’s most legendary teams, Fnatic, may be undergoing significant roster changes in the near future.

According to a report from Flickshot, Olof “olomeister” Kjabjer and Dennis Edmann will be parting ways with Fnatic and are currently seeking new teams. While it is rumored that Olofmeister may be joining FaZe Clan and Dennis may be heading to GODSENT, neither player nor organization has confirmed these changes.

If these roster moves do happen, the only remaining players on Fnatic would be Jesper “JW” Wecksell, Freddy “KRiMZ” Johansson, and Robin “flusha” Rönnquist. This would be a complete reversal from previous Fnatic-GODSENT shuffles that occurred before and after the ELEAGUE Major.

To fill the gaps left by Olofmeister and Dennis, Fnatic is considering bringing in Jonas “Lekr0” Olofsson from GODSENT and Maikil “Golden” Selim from Fnatic Academy. If Lekr0 joins, there may be a trade involving Dennis.

In 2017, Fnatic has been underwhelming, failing to reach the group stage at ESL Cologne and not performing well in the playoffs of the PGL Major. However, they did show moments of their former glory with a second-place finish at DreamHack Summer in June.

If these roster changes are executed, Fnatic will still maintain its status as a legendary team in Valve Major tournaments.
