Mousesports narrowly surpass Fnatic, securing passage to ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier playoffs

Mousesports Advance to ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier Playoffs

Mousesports have secured a spot in the playoff stage of the ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier after an impressive comeback against Fnatic.

Their victory over Fnatic with a 2-1 series score marks Mousesports’ first playoff appearance since ESL One Belo Horizonte in June. They were able to eliminate Fnatic by winning on both their map pick, Train, and the decider map, Mirage.

Intense Match on Inferno

The battle between the two teams on Inferno was filled with ups and downs. Mousesports initially gained the upper hand in the first half, but Fnatic fought back hard on defense. Despite a clutch play from Robin “ropz” Kool, Fnatic ultimately came out on top with a tight 16-13 score. It is worth noting that Mousesports’ leader and impact fragger, Chris “chrisJ” de Jong, struggled with only nine kills.

Mousesports Overcome Fnatic on Train and Mirage

Fnatic struggled to counter Mousesports’ early aggression on Train, and Mousesports took advantage of this with a 16-14 victory. The momentum carried into the decider map, Mirage, where Mousesports dominated with a 16-9 win. Miikka “suNny” Kemppi and Tomas “oskar” Stastny played a crucial role in securing the victory for Mousesports.
