Karrigan joins FaZe Clan from Astralis

Astralis Transfers Finn “karrigan” Andersen to FaZe Clan

Astralis has announced that Finn “karrigan” Andersen has been transferred to FaZe Clan for an undisclosed fee. This news comes just a week after Astralis announced that karrigan would be benched in favor of 16-year-old Anton “notaN” Pedersen, who was later released by the organization.

In a press release from Astralis, karrigan stated, “I’m changing from Astralis to FaZe after nearly 2 years with the core players from Astralis. It’s with mixed feelings that I depart from Astralis, but I think it’s a fresh start for both parties.”

The decision to transfer karrigan comes after a series of underwhelming performances by Astralis. While Astralis has not named a replacement for karrigan, FaZe has already announced that he will fill Fabien “kioShiMa” Fiey’s spot on the roster and become the team’s in-game leader.

FaZe’s newest lineup, which includes karrigan, will debut in the ELEAGUE Season 2 group stage against mousesports, Immortals, and Cloud9. Despite limited time to practice, karrigan is confident in the team’s ability to improve and succeed.

The new FaZe lineup consists of Håvard “rain” Nygaard, Joakim “jkaem” Myrbostad, Philip “aizy” Aistrup, Aleksi “allu” Jalli, and Finn “karrigan” Andersen.
