The Swedish Team, GODSENT, Unable to Attend WESG Tournament in China
GODSENT, a Swedish team mostly composed of ex-Fnatic members, announced that they will not be able to participate in the $1,500,000 Changzhou, China tournament organized by WESG.
No Specific Reason Given by GODSENT
WESG released a detailed announcement stating that GODSENT did not provide any specific reason for their absence from the event. This is not the first time that GODSENT has been unable to attend a tournament.
Previous Instances of Missed Tournaments
GODSENT was previously replaced by Flipsid3 Tactics at the iBUYPOWER tournament in October due to unforeseen circumstances. They were also replaced by Team X (now Heroic) at Northern Arena in August for reasons beyond their control.
Group C Teams Without GODSENT
GODSENT’s absence has left Group C with the following five teams: Space Soldiers, Signature, Kinguin, FIVE, and Bravado.
