Gfinity 3 Counter Strike Predictions: Can Virtus Outperform All?

Predictions for CS:GO Matches at Gfinity III

As Gfinity III approaches, it’s time to make some predictions about the upcoming CS:GO matches. With surprising victories in the lead-up to the event, it’s difficult to anticipate what will happen. London Conspiracy, for example, shocked everyone by defeating Na’Vi to qualify for ESL 1 Cologne.

Who will emerge victorious? Who will disappoint? Who will surprise us? I’ve gathered all the information available to bring you my predictions.

Team to Win

If I had to choose one team that stands out as the potential winner of Gfinity, it would be Virtus.pro. Although Ninjas in Pyjamas (NiP) have been a dominant force, their performance has diminished in recent months. Notably, Virtus.pro defeated NiP 2-0 in the finals of the recent ESL One Katowice tournament. Fnatic, Dignitas, and Titan also had underwhelming performances at Katowice.

Team to Underperform

The easy answer here is NiP. Their recent results in major tournaments and smaller matches have shown them underperforming. In their debut after a holiday break, they unexpectedly lost to Titan in the ESEA Invite Season 17 Europe. NiP has been considered the best team in the world, but their recent defeats raise doubts about their ability to regain their former dominance.

The Underdogs

The biggest underdogs at this tournament are the three teams that had to earn their place at Gfinity: Mousesports, London Conspiracy, and Rasta.Xd. Mousesports, having competed at Katowice, is probably the most experienced among the three qualifying teams. London Conspiracy, previously known as H2k, is an impressive team that has shown their potential by beating Na’Vi to qualify for ESL 1 Cologne. They have made changes to their roster and are ready to surprise everyone at G3.

Most Exciting Team

Every team at the tournament is exciting in its own way. However, London Conspiracy, Virtus.pro, and Dignitas are particularly fun to watch. In the group stage, I’m most looking forward to the match between London Conspiracy and NiP. I’m also excited about the matches between Titan and Virtus.pro, as well as Titan and Dignitas. Rasta.Xd is also a team worth keeping an eye on, as they recently defeated Infused in a pick-up match.

Player to Watch

For me, the player to watch is F0rest. While it may be predictable, F0rest is an exciting player who delivers clutch performances when needed. Widely regarded as the best Counter Strike player in the world, his skills are undeniable. It may seem unfair to always focus on the “fragger,” but the most thrilling part of the game is the frags. With NiP’s recent decline, it’s even more captivating to watch F0rest as he faces off against other top fraggers in the world. Be sure to catch at least one of NiP’s matches, as there’s nothing more exhilarating than watching F0rest in action.
