The Tournament format
The format for this tournament is a little different from usual. It is known as the “Swiss Format”, which includes five best-of-one rounds. Only the first round matches are predetermined. After that, the matchups will be randomly chosen based on the teams’ standings. For example, a team with a record of 0-1 will face another team with a record of 0-1. However, in the fourth round, the teams with a map count of 1-2 and 2-1 will have to face each other, as there are not enough teams left to randomly select from.
