ESL ESEA Pro League Dubai Invitational: Day One Recap
Day one of the ESL ESEA Pro League Dubai Invitational has come to an end. This Counter-Strike: Global Offensive event features a $250,000 prize pool and showcased exciting matches during the double-elimination group play stages.
Group Play Results
The eight participating teams were divided into Group A and Group B. They competed in a best-of-one format within a double-elimination bracket. The top two teams from each group will advance to the single-elimination playoff bracket.
- Team EnVyUs defeated Cloud9 with a score of 16-12 on Cobblestone.
- Team Virtus.pro won 16-7 against Ninjas in Pyjamas on Mirage.
- Fnatic emerged victorious with a 16-6 win over Titan on Cobblestone.
- Team SoloMid triumphed over Natus Vincere with a score of 16-10 on Overpass.
- Team Virtus.pro secured a 16-7 victory against Team EnVyUs on Cache.
- Ninjas in Pyjamas won a close match against Cloud9 with a score of 19-16 on Dust 2.
- Team SoloMid narrowly defeated Fnatic with a score of 19-17 on Dust 2.
- Titan achieved a 16-10 victory over Natus Vincere on Cobblestone.

Tomorrow morning at 12:15 p.m. GST (4:15 a.m. EDT), there will be two remaining group play matches: Ninjas in Pyjamas vs. Team EnVyUs and Fnatic vs. Titan.
