Echo Fox Expands its Reach into the World of CS:GO

Echo Fox signs former Torqued lineup for CS:GO team

Echo Fox, owned by former NBA player and actor Rick Fox, has officially signed the former Torqued lineup to join its organization. The team is led by ex-Cloud9 player and part-time analyst Sean “sgares” Gares and well-known Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (CS:GO) personality Mohamad “m0E” Assad. This addition expands Echo Fox’s presence in the esports scene, alongside its existing League of Legends team.

In an interview with ESPN’s Austin Kelley, Rick Fox expressed his vision for Echo Fox, stating that he wants to build the preeminent esports empire, with League of Legends as just the beginning. He also revealed his desire for the team to qualify and become a leading presence in Turner’s upcoming ELEAGUE.

On his stream, m0E has been frequently mentioning the need to be “TV ready.” Now that the Echo Fox lineup has been announced, it’s become clear why he made those remarks.

The complete team, consisting of sgares, m0E, Armeen “a2z” Toussi, Try “tck” Martin, and Ronnie “ryx” Bylicki, will compete under the Echo Fox banner.
