Astralis Secure Unblemished ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier Title Victory over Team Liquid

Astralis Dominates ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier, Defeats Team Liquid 2-0

Astralis, the Danish CS:GO team, has emerged as the champions of the 2018 ELEAGUE Premier tournament, showcasing their dominance throughout the competition.

With a flawless record of eight map wins and no losses, Astralis claimed the event title. Impressively, two of their victories came against Team Liquid, who were also undefeated in map count apart from their encounters with Astralis.

While the Nuke games in both Astralis vs. Liquid series were close, the other maps were heavily one-sided. The Inferno matchup in today’s series highlighted Astralis’ dominance. In a show of exceptional skill, Astralis won 14 rounds in a row before Liquid secured their first round, virtually putting the map out of reach for their opponents.

Although Liquid fought back and secured five rounds, Astralis won the game after just 21 rounds. Liquid faced an uphill battle to make a comeback in the best-of-three series, which they were unable to do, thanks to yet another outstanding performance by Nicolai “dev1ce” Reedtz.

Dev1ce, the Danish all-star player, finished the game with a remarkable 25 kills and a game-high 1.42 rating. This display of excellence was just one of many in his impressive run throughout the tournament, where he achieved an overall rating of 1.44 and 0.91 kills per round.

Astralis’ victory in the ELEAGUE CS:GO Premier marks their fourth title in recent months, with three victories coming against Team Liquid.
