Astralis Fails to Qualify for CS2 Major

Astralis, with its star-studded roster, had high hopes for the European RMRs and the Copenhagen CS2 Major. However, the organization’s dreams have been dashed as they will miss out on their third Valve-sponsored tournament in a row.

In the European RMR B, Astralis had a mixed performance with a 2-3 record. They managed victories against Nexus and Monte, but suffered defeats against Spirit, Heroic, and ENCE. As a result, they were eliminated and had to compete in the Last Chance Qualifier (LCQ).

The LCQ provides the final opportunity for one team out of six to secure a spot in the CS2 Major. Sadly, dev1ce and his crew won’t even get a chance to fight in the second stage of the LCQ. They were disqualified by 9Pandas in the first stage, abruptly ending their journey.
