Everyone remembers the last CS:GO Major in Paris, and it’s safe to say that fans won’t soon forget the first Major for Counter-Strike 2. This highly anticipated event will bring together 24 of the world’s best teams in PGL Copenhagen to crown the first CS2 Major champion.
The Qualification Process for Premier Events
Although the game has evolved, the methods for qualifying for premier events have remained the same. The majority of the participants will be European CS2 teams who secured their spots through two super-stacked Regional Major Ranking events, known as RMRs. The remaining teams will be determined by the Americas RMR and the Asia-Pacific RMR.
