Changes coming to ranked mode in Apex Legends season 20
In Apex Legends, the ranked experience is constantly evolving to provide a better gaming experience. Season 20, starting on Feb. 13, will introduce significant changes to the ranked mode.
Return to the Ranked Points (RP) system
In the upcoming season, Apex Legends will revert back to the Ranked Points (RP) system. This means that there will be adjustments to scoring and matchmaking parameters. The goal is to ensure that players feel their time is well spent and that they have confidence in the system’s reliability. Chris “C4” Cleroux, lead progression designer, highlighted this during a recent press event.
