Echo Fox allegedly poised to acquire Solo, Apollo, and Hakuho from Clutch Gaming

Echo Fox to Sign Three Players from Clutch Gaming for 2019 Season, Reports Say

According to ESPN’s Jacob Wolf, it appears that Echo Fox is in talks to sign top laner Colin “Solo” Earnest, ADC Apollo Price, and support Nickolas “Hakuho” Surgent from Clutch Gaming’s 2018 roster for the upcoming NA LCS season.

This news follows ESPN’s report that former Echo Fox top laner Heo “Huni” Seung-hoon is planning to join Clutch Gaming for the 2019 season.

If these reported roster moves are finalized, both Echo Fox and Clutch Gaming will have significantly changed rosters for the upcoming season. Clutch Gaming would feature Huni in the top lane, LirA in the jungle, Piglet as the ADC, Vulcan as the support, and they would still need a mid laner after Febiven’s departure to Misfits earlier this week.

Echo Fox, on the other hand, is reportedly considering trade options for their jungler Joshua “Dardoch” Hartnett and mid laner Tanner Damonte.

Regardless of Dardoch and Damonte’s future with the team, it seems that Echo Fox’s ADC Lawrence “Lost” Hui and support Andy “Smoothie” Ta may also be on their way out if the organization successfully acquires Apollo and Hakuho for the bot lane in 2019.
