Finding Zorua
Catching Zorua is different from other wild Pokémon. It doesn’t wander on your screen like the rest. This makes it harder to find.
Unlocking Zorua and Zoroark
In the main Pokémon games, these two have a unique power called Illusion. It lets them look like the last Pokémon in your team, fooling opponents. Pokémon Scarlet and Violet take this further. They force you to battle wild versions to see if you’re being tricked.
Zorua’s Tricks in Pokémon Go
In Pokémon Go, you might see your Buddy Pokémon out in the wild, but it’s not really them. This is Zorua playing a trick. When you catch it, it changes back to its real form.
Once you catch a Zorua, you can evolve it into Zoroark with 50 Zorua Candy. Since finding Zorua is rare, you might want to make it your Buddy. This helps you earn candies faster.
Be Mindful of Zorua’s Illusion
Even if you’re not looking for Zorua, remember how its illusion works. It’s important when you’re chasing other rare Pokémon. You don’t want to accidentally use important items, like a Master Ball, on a cleverly disguised Zorua.
