Apex Legends Introduces The Hunt Takeover
Apex Legends recently introduced a new limited-time mode called The Hunt. However, due to negative feedback from players, the Respawn developers have now decided to make it a standalone mode.
The Hunt in the Inner Beast Collection Event
The Hunt was initially included in non-competitive Apex playlists as part of the Inner Beast Collection Event, which started on March 5. This event revolved around tracking and hunting down other battle royale players. In this mode, random players were assigned as “prey” and the rest of the lobby received tracking data. While some players found it interesting, many others requested the developers to cancel the Takeover mode.
