The event will take place on Sunday, May 9th, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. local time. During this time, trainers will encounter Snubbull more frequently in the wild. By completing exclusive Field Research tasks, players can earn exciting rewards such as Stardust, Rare Candy, and even an encounter with a shiny Snubbull.
Additionally, during the event, trainers can also participate in an exclusive Special Research story called “What You Choose to Be.” This questline will have multiple stages and will reward players with unique items, encounters with different Pokémon, and other surprises.
To maximize the event experience, trainers can purchase a ticket for $1.99 from the in-game shop. This ticket will grant access to a special timed research called “Fancies and Foes” and will help trainers earn even more rewards such as an encounter with a shiny Granbull, Poffin, Super Rocket Radar, and other items.
During the event, Incense will last for three hours, and Lure Modules will have an extended duration of three hours as well. Trainers who evolve a Snubbull during the event or up to two hours after it ends will also obtain a Granbull that knows the exclusive charge move “Play Rough.”
