Team Liquid Signs Kenneth “koosta” Suen, but He Can’t Play in MLG Columbus
Team Liquid has officially signed Kenneth “koosta” Suen, but due to player eligibility rules, he won’t be able to play for the team at the MLG Columbus qualifier in four days.
Suen is ineligible because he played for the Enemy side in the qualification event, which restricts him from playing for any other team in the event.
Mohamad “mOE” Assad Withdraws as Stand-in for Liquid
Liquid had planned to use Mohamad “mOE” Assad of Echo Fox as a stand-in, but he withdrew this morning, leaving Liquid searching for another available player who is not already tied to a team. According to Liquid’s Jonathan “EliGE” Jablonowski, Assad withdrew to avoid future ineligibility issues.
AdreN May Be Liquid’s Best Option
Ironically, Eric “adreN” Hoag, the player Liquid moved to the bench to bring in Suen, may be the team’s best option.
Team Liquid Faces Tough Competition in MLG Major Qualifier
Whoever Liquid ends up playing with in the MLG major qualifier will have to finish in the top two of a group that includes mousesports, HellRaisers, and Team YP.
