The Share The Love event is giving away free items in Fortnite: Battle Royale
The Share The Love event is currently live in Fortnite: Battle Royale, and Epic Games is celebrating Valentine’s Day by offering free items for a limited time.
In this event, Fortnite fans have the opportunity to obtain the Heartspan Glider as a free cosmetic item. However, the method of acquiring this glider is quite rare.
Get the Heartspan Glider for free
To acquire the Heartspan Glider, which is available in the Item Shop, Fortnite players need to follow these steps:
- Click on the Heartspan Glider in the shop
- Choose the option “Buy as a gift”
- Select a friend to gift the glider to

Once the above steps are completed, the chosen friend will have the Heartspan Glider added to their inventory. To receive the glider for yourself, you will need to ask your friend to reciprocate the favor by following the same steps and selecting your name.
The Heartspan Glider will be available for free until Saturday, Feb. 16 at 6pm CT.
