In honor of the beloved Fortnite cube, nicknamed Kevin, Epic Games has introduced a series of challenges for all players to obtain the rare back bling known as Lil’ Kev. This cosmetic item is a small, black cube fragment that serves as a reminder of Kevin’s final moments.
However, players must log into the game to activate these challenges, and it’s important to do so as soon as possible.
Don’t miss out on this opportunity! Fortnite players have until today at 12pm CT to log into the game and unlock this set of challenges. Epic Games took to Twitter last night to remind players that if they fail to do so, the set will not appear by default like other seasonal events. Consequently, players will miss the chance to obtain the item throughout the week.
We highly recommend logging in as soon as possible to begin tackling these challenges. At the time of this article, there were still approximately five hours left to do so.
Players who log in will have a few more days to complete the set. These challenges will be available until November 11 at 12pm CT. All players have to do is play 15 matches, earn 5,000 XP, and outlast 500 opponents to obtain the coveted Lil’ Kev back bling.
After this timeframe, it’s likely that the set and the back bling will disappear for a long time. If it does return, it may only be available in the item shop and would require purchasing with V-Bucks.
