The First Fortnite-Themed Nerf Blaster Revealed
Nerf, the toy company, has unveiled its first Fortnite-themed blaster today through Instagram. This blaster is designed to resemble the legendary Assault Rifle from the game. It comes with 20 Nerf elite darts and can hold up to 10 darts in its clip. Although the dimensions of the blaster have not been disclosed, it appears to be large enough for adult fans to enjoy.
Available on June 1, 2019, for $49.99
The Fortnite Nerf gun will be available for purchase starting on June 1, 2019, at a price of $49.99. However, fans who attend TwitchCon 2018 will have the opportunity to see the product in person from October 26 to 29. It is yet to be determined if Epic Games and Hasbro will showcase the product in action at their TwitchCon booth.
Hasbro’s Gaming Partnerships
Hasbro has been actively partnering with major gaming companies since early 2018. Alongside the collaboration with Epic Games, they have introduced several Nerf blasters based on Blizzard’s Overwatch, including replicas of Reaper’s Hellfire Shotgun and D.Va’s pistol.
A Range of Fortnite-Themed Products
While this Nerf blaster is the first Fortnite-themed product in this partnership, it is not the only one. Hasbro and Epic Games have also released a special Fortnite edition of the popular board game Monopoly, which is currently available for purchase at $19.99.
