Is there any team that can put an end to Team Secret’s impressive streak at ESL One Katowice?

Team Secret Dominates ESL One Katowice to Secure Spot in Grand Finals

With only one day left in the ESL One Katowice tournament, Team Secret has emerged as the team to beat. They dominated the group stage, losing just one match and clinching the top seed for the main event. Their only loss came at the hands of OG, who are making their own run in the lower bracket.

Once the playoffs began, Team Secret continued their winning streak, sweeping Ninjas in Pyjamas and setting up a rematch with Gambit Esports, the second seed from Group A. Team Secret had already defeated Gambit in a previous match, and they repeated their success in the upper bracket finals.

The first game of the finals was an absolute domination by Team Secret, led by Clement “Puppey” Ivanov. They secured a decisive victory with a 25-6 kill-to-death ratio and little resistance from Gambit.

The second game was even more impressive, as Team Secret controlled the lanes and put immense pressure on Gambit from the beginning. Michal “Nisha” Jankowski had several key plays that further solidified Secret’s lead. With this sweep, Team Secret secured a spot in the grand finals and a guaranteed top two finish.

Team Secret’s opponent in the finals will be determined in a match between Gambit and another team at 5am CT on Feb. 24. Stay tuned to see if Team Secret can maintain their dominance and claim the ESL One Katowice crown.
