A New Rift Appears in Fortnite: Battle Royale

A mysterious rift has emerged in Fortnite: Battle Royale.

This rift, located in Tomato Town, has a cloud-like appearance and features twinkling stars when a player stands in it. It has a light-blue color and can be found on top of Uncle Pete’s Pizza Pit, where the large tomato head was previously situated.

This rift differs from the typical ones found throughout the map in season five and does not allow players to teleport into the sky like the lightning-shaped transporters.

If this rift is connected to The Visitor rocket launch from season four, Fortnite fans may be in for another extraordinary in-game event, similar to the launch.

Season five has been relatively quiet in terms of Fortnite lore, with few notable discoveries in the ongoing storyline. However, Fortnite fans are hopeful that this newly-discovered rift could mark the beginning of a new in-game mystery.
