Pokimane, the popular Twitch streamer, recently shared new information about how she deals with toxic behavior in her chat.
In a livestream on Feb. 1, Pokimane admitted that she has a dedicated team of employees to handle banning people who are being toxic in her chat.
According to Pokimane, she personally doesn’t block people. She mentioned, “If people say some weird stuff in my replies, 90 percent of the time I don’t even see it. I have people managing my account and blocking others on my behalf.”
When several people complained about Pokimane blocking them, she clarified, “It wasn’t even me.”
Pokimane has been one of Twitch’s most popular streamers for years, and her popularity continued in 2022. According to Streams Charts, she accumulated 12.28 million hours watched, making her the seventh-most watched female streamer on the platform. In the last 30 days, she has streamed for more than 46 hours.
