BruceDropEmOff delivers strong message to Mizkif after leaving OTK: ‘Screw you’

BruceDropEmOff Parts Ways with One True King, Cites Issues with Co-Founder Mizkif

BruceDropEmOff, a former member of One True King (OTK), announced his departure from the gaming content organization yesterday. In his first stream after leaving, Bruce didn’t hold back when discussing one of the group’s founders, who has been dealing with controversy in recent months.

According to Bruce, he received a text message from Mizkif, co-founder of OTK. Mizkif is currently on probation due to mishandling sexual assault cover-up accusations made against him last year. While Bruce aimed to be a supportive teammate during his 10 months with OTK, he made it clear that he no longer aligns with Mizkif.

During his stream, Bruce directly addressed the situation, stating, “I’ll call you out on that in front of everybody, since you want to text my phone while I’m streaming. Fuck you… You’re weird as fuck.” He expressed that there was no drama on his end, but acknowledged the strange energy surrounding the situation after his departure.

Bruce also hinted that Mizkif may have been attempting to prevent him from discussing certain topics, like the sexual assault cover-up scandal that has affected Mizkif’s reputation.

Fans of Bruce have at times voiced frustration over his collaborations with Mizkif, given the organization they both belong to. However, Bruce has now made it clear that he is done playing nice.

In his stream, Bruce expressed his disappointment, saying, “I was more than enough of a friend to even come on your stream and stick my neck out for your white ass, even when I knew some of my viewers never forgave you.” He added that the stress of dealing with sexual assault and cover-up allegations involving other members of OTK, along with being the only representation of Black culture within the organization, took a toll on him.

Bruce concluded by stating that he no longer wanted to bear the burden of representing OTK and facing the associated challenges. Despite the organization feeling like a family at one point, he made the decision to leave.

By leaving OTK, Bruce has set forth a new path for himself, one where he can focus on his own goals and ideals. As he steps away from the controversy, it remains to be seen what lies ahead for both BruceDropEmOff and the members of OTK.
