In a surprising turn of events, Hasan, who doesn’t primarily focus on gaming, has surpassed other popular streamers to claim the top spot. This achievement has left him astonished and grateful for the support he has received.
Hasan Acknowledges His Unconventional Success
“It’s unbelievable that a Twitch streamer covering American politics is the most-watched streamer in the United States in 2022. Just five years ago, this was unimaginable, and none of you would have believed such a thing would happen,” Hasan expressed his surprise.

Recent statistics from Streams Charts reveal that Hasan’s channel has accumulated an impressive 80.05 million hours of watch time from January to Christmas Day. Closing in on him is Asmongold, another popular streamer, with 79.28 million hours watched, despite taking an extended break from streaming.
However, discussions arose around whether Asmongold’s numbers included his alternate channel, which he frequently used during his hiatus. Streams Charts clarified that the count did not include his alternate channel. If it had, Asmongold’s total watch time would have exceeded 99.3 million hours, surpassing Hasan’s numbers.
