How to Set a Blank Name in Among Us
Update: As of 2022, InnerSloth has patched out the ability to have blank names using the Hangul Filler Unicode in online games. However, you can still use a small quotation mark as a substitute for a blank name. Keep in mind that this alternative may not work in all game modes.
Playing as a Mobile or PC Player
If you’re playing on a mobile device, simply copy the Unicode “ㅤ” and paste it into the name field in Among Us. For PC players, the process is a bit more complex. Follow these steps:
- Exit Among Us if you’re currently in the game.
- Navigate to your appdata folder.
- Open the InnerSloth folder and locate the PlayerPerfs file.
- Right-click on the file and open it with Notepad.
- Copy the Hangul Filler Unicode “ㅤ” and paste it at the beginning of the text.
- Delete your existing name and save the file.
- When you log back into Among Us, your name should appear as blank.
- Note that having a blank name is only possible in certain game modes.
