Charity Stream Hosted by MoistCr1TiKaL to Benefit GimpyGod
Charles “MoistCr1TiKaL” White is currently hosting a charity stream to support Lance “GimpyGod” Carr, a quadriplegic streamer who lost his house in a fire while livestreaming a year ago.
A Devastating Fire and its Aftermath
GimpyGod, who has a rare form of muscular dystrophy, was playing Diablo II when his house caught fire. Fortunately, his family and pets were able to escape, but they lost everything. The fire completely destroyed their house and their equipped equipment. Moreover, their insurance company is refusing to cover the cost of their handicap-accessible van.
“It’s so messed up,” MoistCr1TiKaL expressed his disbelief, questioning why the van would have been covered if it had been just three feet closer to the garage door.
Difficult Times for GimpyGod and His Family
Since the fire, GimpyGod and his family have been residing in hotels and hospitals, facing numerous medical issues. It has been an incredibly challenging period for the family. Although they are close to moving back into a new home, they lack the funds to acquire the necessary equipment.
A Charity Stream for GimpyGod
To improve GimpyGod’s quality of life, MoistCr1TiKaL has announced a charity stream with the aim of assisting GimpyGod in obtaining the essential equipment.
GimpyGod himself has tweeted about the stream, stating that the funds raised will be used to purchase a new van and adaptive gear for his home. Despite not having a consistent streaming schedule in the past year, GimpyGod has garnered over 1,000 followers on Twitch.

The charity stream is currently live on MoistCr1TiKaL’s Twitch channel. They have already managed to raise $19,661 within three hours. The goal is to reach $30,000 within 24 hours. As of now, there are around 17,000 viewers watching MoistCr1TiKaL and his friends play entertaining VR games.
