Latest WoW Patch Includes Blizzard Hotfixes, Nerfs BFA Trinkets, and Adds New Anima Powers for Monk, Rogue, Warlock, and Warrior

Blizzard has released another set of hotfixes for World of Warcraft, following the launch of Castle Nathria, the first raid of the Shadowlands expansion. These hotfixes include changes to certain classes and PvP balancing.

Changes were made to the Monk, Rogue, Warlock, and Warrior classes to address unintended mechanics, such as issues with abilities, talents, and legendary items. An overpowered Warlock build was quickly fixed and Rogue’s Shadow Blades ability was nerfed.

The developers also made adjustments to PvP, specifically reducing the effectiveness of Battle for Azeroth trinkets during combat with enemy players. Trinkets like Forbidden Obsidian Claw, Mirror of Entwined Fate, Tidestorm Codex, and Shiver Venom Relic were significantly nerfed.

The debuff players receive after taking five tiers of Eye of the Jailer in the Maw, called Immediate Extermination, was also changed. Players can no longer reset its timer by leaving the Maw, reducing the efficiency of daily repetition and Stygia farming.

In addition, three new Anima powers were added for Torghast, Tower of the Damned, the infinite dungeon.
