Summit1g hints at an imminent announcement for his streaming platform partnership

Summit1g’s Potential Move from Twitch Hinted at Amidst Livestreaming Platform War

Summit1g, one of Twitch’s top streamers, has remained relatively quiet while his colleagues have been announcing exclusive streaming deals on platforms like Twitch and Mixer. However, Summit has strategically discussed the ongoing war between livestreaming platforms as he prepares for a potential deal of his own.

In a recent interaction with his viewers, Summit was asked about his thoughts on Mixer. While he chose not to address the question directly, he hinted that he will be sharing his thoughts on different platforms in the coming weeks, implying an upcoming announcement.

Summit stated, “I’m not going to discuss my decisions until they are officially announced. Let’s leave it at that for now. Ask me again in a couple of weeks or a month, and I’ll be able to provide an answer.”

As of now, Summit remains the most influential streamer yet to announce a deal following Ninja’s departure from Twitch to Mixer. Over the past 180 days, Summit has been the most-watched content creator on Twitch, surpassing xQc by a significant margin with 65.77 million hours watched compared to xQc’s just under 50 million hours.

Other top influencers, such as xQc, League of Legends player Tyler1, and Dr Disrespect, have also not announced any new deals yet. Meanwhile, several other content creators, including Lirik, TimTheTatman, DrLupo, CouRage, Pokimane, and Valkyrae, who carry slightly less influence than Summit, have already signed deals.

Summit is represented by Loaded, the agency behind famous streamers’ moves to Mixer like shroud and Ninja. However, Loaded has also helped retain influencers like TimTheTatman and Lirik on Twitch.

Stay tuned for Summit1g’s highly anticipated announcement amidst the ongoing competition between livestreaming platforms.
