GTA 6 Leaker Seeks Negotiation with Rockstar Games and Threatens Additional Leaks

The Rumored Leaks of Grand Theft Auto 6 Leave Fans and Rockstar Games Shocked

The world of video games is abuzz with excitement as rumors of leaked gameplay footage from the highly anticipated game, Grand Theft Auto 6, continue to circulate. A total of 90 videos showcasing prebuilt gameplay have surfaced, causing quite a stir among gamers. However, it seems that the leaks might not be over just yet. According to the anonymous leaker, there are even more assets to be revealed unless Rockstar Games can strike a deal with them soon.

An anonymous user on the GTA Forums website was the first to drop this bombshell on the community. The leaked gameplay footage revealed new cars, characters, and even the game’s upcoming location. It was a massive leak that confirmed a ton of previously unknown information, particularly given the radio silence surrounding the franchise’s next installment.

The Leaker’s Conversation with an Alleged Rockstar/Take-Two Employee

The leaker did not anticipate their post to go viral on platforms like Twitter and Reddit. However, with such a wealth of information being made public, it was inevitable that the post would attract attention from not only fans but also Rockstar Games. The company confirmed to Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier that the leaks were indeed real. As a result, Take2 has taken action by removing leaked footage from YouTube and other platforms.

Following this, the leaker claimed to possess even more data and footage, including the coveted source code from both GTA 5 and GTA 6, as well as additional in-game assets and the testing build for the upcoming title. It remains uncertain whether this additional data will be released. However, in response to the viral nature of their initial post, the leaker issued another statement.

In this statement, the leaker provided contact information and expressed a willingness to negotiate a deal. Should an employee of Rockstar or Take2 wish to avoid further leaks, they could potentially engage in discussions. While this could be seen as a way for the leaker to avoid legal consequences, there has been no news regarding any agreement being reached.
