Sinatraa hints at return to professional VALORANT scene in North America Challengers

Jay “Sinatraa” Won Could Make Comeback to VALORANT Circuit Through Challengers

Last night, fellow streamer Connor “PROD” Moran revealed that former Sentinels player Jay “Sinatraa” Won may be making a return to the VALORANT circuit through Challengers.

VALORANT Challengers North America Last Chance Qualifier

Sinatraa’s potential comeback could happen as early as next week with the VALORANT Challengers North America last chance qualifier, which is scheduled to begin on January 17.

Streamer PROD also mentioned the possibility of competing in the upcoming tournament alongside Sinatraa. Other players who may join them include former OpTic Gaming player Jimmy “Marved” Nguyen, former Sentinels player Jared “zombs” Gitlin, and streamer Coby “dizzy” Meadows.

Ready for a Return to Competitive Play

Sinatraa, who has not played professionally since his sexual assault scandal in early 2021, expressed his intention to return to professional play on Twitter in April of last year. Having served his suspension, he is now eligible to compete in VALORANT.

Last Chance Qualifier and Challengers One

The last chance qualifier for VALORANT Challengers North America will grant two final teams a slot in Challengers one. This tournament, which begins in February, features prominent teams such as The Guard, FaZe, M80, TSM, Shopify Rebellion, and G2 Esports. The remaining four teams will be determined through an open qualifier that started on January 9.
