9 Pandas Exceed Expectations at Dota 2’s Berlin Major

9 Pandas proved their worth at Dota 2’s Berlin Major, despite facing a setback with the absence of their captain, Alexey “Solo” Berezin. With Roman “RAMZES666” Kushnarev stepping up as the team’s captain, they managed to advance to the second round of the upper bracket after defeating Shopify Rebellion from North America.

After a flawless run in the DPC followed by a disappointing performance in DreamLeague Season 19, 9 Pandas impressed fans with their run at the Berlin Major. Many expected them to struggle without Solo, but RAMZES proved his capabilities.

According to Escorenews, RAMZES was no stranger to captaining duties in Dota 2 teams. He and Solo worked together as co-captains, sharing responsibilities. Although he didn’t consider himself an exceptional leader, RAMZES was ready to take on the challenge in Berlin.

RAMZES stated that 9 Pandas played without expectations, aiming to showcase their best Dota 2 skills. This mindset led to their impressive performance at the Berlin Major, highlighting RAMZES’ growth as a player over the years.

In the late 2010s, RAMZES’ toxic attitude in ranked Dota 2 matches was becoming an issue. However, as he transitioned into a veteran player, he embraced his new role and responsibilities.
