Multiple TI winners complain about negative behavior of a Dota 2 pro in ranked matches

Entity’s Fishman at Odds with TI Winners Ceb and 33 Due to Behavior in Dota 2

Entity’s support player, Fishman, helped his team qualify for the Lima Major through impressive performances in the DPC Winter Tour. However, he has found himself in a disagreement with multiple TI winners, including former OG legend Ceb and Tundra’s 33, due to his behavior in public matches of Dota 2.

Discussion during Gorgc’s Watch-Along Stream

The topic of Fishman’s behavior arose during a call between Ceb, 33, and Gorgc during his watch-along stream on Feb. 1. Ceb explained that Fishman was on his team, along with his Entity teammate Stormstormer, and when the game didn’t go well, they started blaming Fishman. Despite Fishman doing all he could and not feeding or anything, they questioned his capabilities.

Attitude Issues and Harassment Claims

During the conversation, Stormstormer asked Fishman if he was “going to do something,” implying that he wasn’t already. Ceb interpreted this as harassment rather than mere criticism. Fishman joined the discussion by saying, “LOL Ceb Dota” with three smiley faces.

Ceb expressed his dislike for Fishman’s attitude, highlighting how Fishman harasses and pokes at others in pub games but becomes defensive when called out, portraying himself as the victim.

33’s Story and Resolution

33 shared a similar experience, revealing that he had a dispute with Fishman after Fishman purposefully threw a game to give his teammate on the opposing team a much-needed win. Ceb, who had previously spent two hours talking with Fishman on an airplane, felt disappointed as Fishman acted differently in person.

However, 33 mentioned that they have resolved their issues and buried the hatchet. Fishman approached 33 at the TI11 afterparty and apologized, and 33 accepted the apology and acknowledged his own part in the dispute.

Impact on Fishman’s Career

Despite 33 accepting the apology, Fishman’s in-game behavior continues to be a concern for TI winners like Ceb. If Fishman maintains this reputation, it could potentially affect his networking opportunities and career in the esports industry.
