Unexpected Turn of Events: SabeRLight Replaced at Last Moment by Promising Pubstar in Major TSM Dota Roster Overhaul

TSM and SabeRLight Part Ways

In a surprising move, TSM has announced its departure from star offlaner SabeRLight. This decision comes as part of the organization’s efforts to revamp their lineup following a disappointing end to the 2022 Dota Pro Circuit.

The Changing Roster of TSM

Initially, it seemed that SabeRLight would remain on the team after DuBu left and MoonMeander stepped down from the active roster to take on the role of head coach. However, with this latest development, only two players from the original Team Undying remain as SabeRLight is replaced by a relatively unknown player.

Introducing Ilyas “kasane” Gainullin

TSM has brought in 19-year-old Russian pubstar Ilyas “kasane” Gainullin as their new addition. Although he may not be a familiar name to many, kasane has been competing in the professional scene since January 2021. He gained recognition during his time with Virtus Pro’s VP.Prodigy developmental roster, and has also played with the Rune Eaters (previously V-Gaming) and other teams as a stand-in.

A New Chapter for SabeRLight

While SabeRLight bids farewell to TSM, his journey in North America continues. He will be joining forces with Arteezy, Fly, and the former Evil Geniuses lineup at Alameda 2018 for the 2023 Dota Pro Circuit. This roster will also be signed by Shopify Rebellion as they make their entry into the Dota scene.

With these changes, TSM will have to navigate a period of adjustment as they integrate their new players, Ari and Whitemon, into the team alongside kasane. The current TSM squad consists of Timado, Bryle, Kasane, Ari, Whitemon, and MoonMeander as the coach.
