Riot’s First International Game Changers Event Exceeded Expectations, Leaving Fans Eagerly Awaiting Ticket Availability

VALORANT Game Changers’ International LAN Event in Berlin Selling Out Quickly

The highly-anticipated VALORANT Game Changers’ first international LAN event is set to take place in Berlin, Germany. Fans were thrilled to learn that the event would be held in-person, allowing them to experience it live. However, there is one major drawback—the venue is surprisingly small.

On October 13, Riot provided details about ticket sales and the live audience for the event, revealing that it would be hosted at the LEC studio in Germany. But what fans didn’t realize was that the venue only has a capacity of 174 seats. This became apparent when tickets quickly sold out, leaving many fans on a waiting list.

On social media, fans expressed their frustration and disappointment with the swift sellout. The issue gained more attention when popular VALORANT caster Jessica Bolden and well-known caster Tanner Metro found themselves on the waiting list, unsure if they would be able to attend the event.

While fans are only now realizing the small size of the venue, it appears that Riot intentionally limited ticket sales. In its announcement about ticket purchases, Riot mentioned the availability of a “select number of general admission tickets.” It’s now abundantly clear to fans just how limited that number truly is.

Adding to fans’ frustration, the VALORANT Champions Tour Twitter account tweeted about ticket availability two hours after they had already sold out, sparking even more complaints on social media. The tweet has since been deleted. In response, fans have started a Change.org petition, urging Riot to consider changing the venue and accommodate more attendees.
