Hiko demonstrates the effectiveness of Killjoy’s ultimate ability in VALORANT

VALORANT’s Newest Agent Makes a Splash: Hiko Showcases Killjoy’s Power

VALORANT players are already buzzing about the game’s latest agent, Killjoy. And 100 Thieves captain Hiko recently demonstrated just how devastating she can be in a ranked match. Hiko showcased Killjoy’s Lockdown ability, which detains enemies caught within its radius and renders them useless for a few seconds.

A Game-Changing Move by Hiko

In a tense three-vs-four scenario on Ascent’s B site, Hiko found himself cornered and in desperate need of a game-changing move. He quickly dropped Killjoy’s Lockdown ability, despite its lengthy windup time.

His move paid off when he headshot a Cypher encroaching onto the site. But that wasn’t all. The device deployed at the exact moment the enemy Sage turned the corner, leaving her defenseless. Hiko quickly eliminated her and then spotted a Brimstone cowering in a corner. It was a scene straight out of an action movie.

A Broken Ability?

After his impressive display, Hiko couldn’t help but express his amazement at Killjoy’s Lockdown: “No abilities for you,” he said. “Dude, that is so insanely broken. I don’t care what anybody says.”

Although Hiko managed to secure four kills, he missed out on the ace as his teammate took out the final enemy.

Killjoy made her debut in VALORANT’s Act II patch, along with a new battle pass, Raze nerfs, and the cyberpunk-themed Glitchpop skin line.
