Japan Surpasses Pacific and EMEA in VALORANT VCT 2023

The first split of VCT 2023 in Japan has outperformed both the Pacific and EMEA leagues in terms of hours watched, according to Esports Charts. With over 9 million hours watched, Japan’s viewership is now a force to be reckoned with in the VALORANT scene.

On the other hand, although Japan had more overall hours watched, the Pacific league had a higher peak viewership with 336,722 compared to Japan’s 175,982.

FENNEL Emerges Victorious in VCT 2023: Japan Split One

In the final stage of VCT 2023: Japan Split One, FENNEL defeated Crazy Raccoon 3-0, securing their spot in the second stage. Overall, six Japanese teams will be advancing to the next stage.

Undetermined Viewership Victor in VALORANT Competitions

While the Japan and Pacific leagues continue, alongside the Americas and EMEA leagues, it is still too early to determine the ultimate viewership winner. The playoffs for all regions will conclude in June.

Upcoming matches in VCT Japan Split Two will decide which teams will move on to the VCT: Pacific Ascension tournament, featuring top Asia and Oceanic squads. The date for this event has yet to be announced.
