VALORANT Act Three Battle Pass: What’s New?
A new battle pass is coming to VALORANT with Act Three, introducing a variety of cosmetic items for players to earn and collect. For just 1,000 VALORANT Points, players can unlock the battle pass and gain access to all the rewards. The Act Three battle pass will be available starting April 27 and will run until June 21.
Players can look forward to earning a range of rewards, including gun skins, Radianite Points, gun buddies, cards, sprays, and titles. Let’s take a closer look at the different categories of rewards:
Gun Skins
The Act Three battle pass features three new gun skin collections: Depths, Lightwave, and Songsteel. Depths offers an artistic underwater theme with moving shaders, similar to previous skins like Nebula and Horizon. Lightwave boasts a vibrant color scheme with multiple variants. Songsteel is a beautiful “high fantasy skin” designed by the game’s art lead, Sean Marino.
Players will have the opportunity to earn a Lightwave skin for the Phantom at level 25, a Depths skin for the Vandal at level 45, and the Songsteel knife upon completing the battle pass. Additionally, all players, whether they have purchased the battle pass or not, can earn a Lightwave Frenzy with three variants.
Gun Buddies
No gun skin is complete without a matching gun buddy. The VALORANT team has added a collection of new gun buddies for players to earn through the battle pass.
Player Cards
With the latest act, Riot has introduced 13 new player cards to VALORANT. Some of these cards can be earned through the battle pass, regardless of whether players own it or not.
Sprays
Players will also have access to a new set of sprays. With three spray slots available, players won’t have to be too picky. Producer Preeti Khanolkar mentioned that the team had a blast designing sprays for this act and was thrilled with the positive response to the sprays from Act Two.
The battle pass for Act Three will be available on April 27 when Episode Two starts.
