Complexity finalizes VALORANT roster ahead of NA VCT 2022 by adding truo, Governor, and Scourge

Complexity Gaming Signs Three Players to VALORANT Roster Ahead of NA VCT 2022 Open Qualifiers

Complexity Gaming has officially added Robert “truo” Pham, Peter “Governor” No, and Tanner “scourge” Kages to its VALORANT roster just a day before the start of the NA VCT 2022 open qualifiers.

All three players have been on trial/stand-in basis with Complexity since late November. They have participated in a few open qualifier events, including NSG Winter Championship opens and the Knights Arena VALORAMPAGE event. The group even emerged victorious in the Trovo Titans NA tournament, where they defeated C9 Academy in the grand finals and won $4,500.

The trio of truo, Governor, and scourge now officially join the already signed Michael “agm” Abood and Joel “jcrueL” Cruel on Complexity’s main roster.

Truo, primarily playing as a controller, had a brief stint with Immortals during the summer of 2021 but was released after just a month and a half. Governor, the main initiator, previously had a streaming deal with Built By Gamers but also has extensive competitive experience, having played for Knights, Akrew, and EZ5 among others. Scourge, who has played both as a duelist and initiator, had longer periods with eUnited and Pioneers and even appeared in two Challengers main events with the latter.

The Complexity organization had a challenging 2021, with no appearances in the Challengers main events and numerous roster changes and trials. They are looking to improve their results as the NA VCT 2022 open qualifiers kick off on Jan. 27.
