In Cyberpunk 2077, the best netrunners rely on the most powerful quickhacks. Here’s a guide to finding all the Iconic Quickhacks in Night City and how to acquire them.
The Iconic Quickhacks are offensive, defensive, and utility tools that give netrunners an edge. To get your hands on them, you’ll need to visit Netrunning shops like the one in Dogtown’s stadium.
These shops have a rotating stock, so check back frequently for the quickhack you want. They can be sold outright or as Schematics, which are cheaper but require additional Quickhack Components to craft.
Iconic Quickhacks are upgraded versions of Tier 5 Quickhacks with unique effects added. Each variety of Iconic Quickhack has its own distinct effect:
Bait
The final form of Bait allows you to attract enemies to cameras and cancel the bait by reuploading the quickhack.
Contagion
The Iconic version of Contagion adds 15% damage to every subsequent enemy it jumps to.
Cripple Movement
Cripple Movement makes enemies more susceptible to melee Finishers and restores more health upon executing those finishers.
Cyberpsychosis
Cyberpsychosis’ Iconic version makes enemies deal more damage and extends their frenzy duration when affected by other quickhacks.
Cyberware Malfunction
Cyberware Malfunction deals massive damage to affected enemies after reaching maximum stacks.
Detonate Grenade
The Iconic version of Detonate Grenade has no delay between upload and detonation.
Memory Wipe
Memory Wipe forces all enemies in an encounter to exit combat state.
Overheat
Overheat adds thermal damage to attacks against affected enemies.
Ping
Iconic Ping allows you to hack pinged devices through walls.
Reboot Optics
Reboot Optics gives you three RAM bars back for killing the affected enemy and makes the quickhack jump to the closest enemy.
Request Backup
Request Backup summons additional enemies if used on an enemy affected by Bait.
Short Circuit
Short Circuit deals extra damage against enemies below a High threat level.
Sonic Shock
